 Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist
Terry Flynn has lived in Atlanta his entire life and the rich
musical diversity of Georgia has obviously had a strong impact
on him. “Georgia has such a incredible musical heritage, Ray
Charles, Blind Willie Mc Tell, Little Richard, James Brown,
the list goes on but in our house mother played Otis Redding
records and on Saturdays, my grandmother had on the Gospel
Jubilee with the
Le Fevere family, but my biggest influence
was Joe South, who was a favorite of my fathers and would come
into Dads restaurant pretty often” Terry sang in the choirs
at Church and grammar school and formed his first band at 12.
An accomplished songwriter, Terry has played around Atlanta
for quite awhile, won several songwriting contests and most
recently won two rounds in the regional “Nashville Star”
competition, he is also putting the finishing touches on his
first solo cd which features 11 original tunes and not only
features this band, but a “who’s who” of Atlanta music
royalty!
