The
2008
Spring
Shootout
week
two
was
a
great
night
of
music.
Last
weeks
Grand
Finalist
Ryan
Moss
&
Alan
Weaver
opened
up
the
evening
with
an
awesome
half
hour
set.
The
artist
seemed
to
be
more
prepared
for
the
competitive
evening,
making
sure
they
were
tuned,
ready
and
in
mode
to
perform
there
three
song
sets
with
as
much
perfection
as
possible.
It
was
tough
when
it
came
time
to
announce
the
qualifiers
as
so
many
of
the
scores
were
close.
It
actually
came
down
to
Crowd
Participation
in
making
the
final
decision.
The
second
Grand
Finalist
of
the
2088
Season
is
Zach
Best
who
was
not
only
on
his
mark,
he
also
had
the
largest
crowd
response.
"Mr
Smooth"
Larry
Hester
was
second
after
a
great
performance.
Larry
performed
a
great
set
of
good
ole
classic
rock.
You
can
always
count
on
Larry
for
some
good
music.
There
was
not
a
bad
performance
in
the
house
tonight.
There
was
a
good
mix
of
Genre'
as
well.
Remember
a
Semi-Finalist
can
move
into
a
Grand
Finalist
spot
anytime
over
the
next
five
weeks.
Congratulations
to
all
the
performers
as
you
all
were
prepared
and
ready.
It's
important
to
be
on
your
mark
during
the
Shootout
Contest.
Everything

being
tuned
and
ready
to
performing
as
flawless
a
set
as
possible.
